We'd appreciate your comments which all help us to improve the event for the future. Thank you!
Brilliant race. I've done it three times now, must be mad!??. Extremely demanding but beautiful. Very well signposted with very supportive marshalling.

We all thoroughly enjoyed your race, great route and weather was very kind. Everything was so well organised and great race HQ, not to mention all the supportive helpers - so thank you to you and your team for a great race.
Im sure we will be back!

It's such a fantastic well-organised event. I have to say it's probably my favourite race. Each year I do it the thought of how much I love the event and why I do it goes through my mind. Thank you!
Please pass my thanks and appreciation on to all those involved. I'm only to well aware of of how much hard work goes into running these events and the time people voluntarily give to make them happen.

This is one of my all-time favourite events. After having had cancer and a new hip I wasn't sure that I could manage the Full so dropped down to the Half and had a fantastic run. There was even a choice of vegan cakes for us! Although my wonderful husband was with me every step of the way he never appeared on the official results which is the only thing to mar a perfect day.

Excellent event. Well organised, friendly. Tough but beautiful course. Quad muscles pretty useless for a couple of days afterwards!

First ever organised half marathon. Huge thanks to all the organisers and especially to those cheering us on - only now do I understand the value of encouragement.

I'd watched the Film My Run movie from the 2018 event and knew this was an event I had to run. I was looking forward to the Three Forts Challenge immensely. And on the day it exceeded my expectations in every way. Superb course. The weather was kind and really showed off the best of the views. Loved the out and back element of the Devil's Dyke section of the course which gave me a real chance to soak in the vistas over Lancing College, the Adur valley, and the South Downs. And the forts! Devils Dyke and Chanctonbury in particular were spectacular. Was thrilled by the contrast of green leafy lanes and windy exposed hill tops. The comradeship from all the runners in the event was enhanced by seeing fellow competitors during the turning point, the "extra mile" was a great challenge. The aid stations and volunteers were superb, and the race organisation and set up at the finish was slick and well organised. The physios doing the massages at the end also deserved a medal for their marathon effort as well. The race photographers did a brilliant job of covering the route also. Just checked out my event photos and I've never smiled so much in a marathon. I'm telling everyone I know that if you want a glorious May marathon, head to Worthing to do the Three Forts Challenge in 2020.

Really lovely race. Great support from the volunteers and Wonderfull to get the medal placed around my neck by the mayor. The route is a delight, great views, sounds. Again great volunteers looking after you around the tough track. But the smell of the country, sound of birds is magical for a half marathon experience this was marvellous. Then, of course, there is the cake. Wonderful.
