All entrants must be fit to take part and, if necessary should seek advice from their GP
All courses are multi-terrain and involve steep climbs. The routes are mainly downland tracks which may be uneven and slippery when wet.
Entrants must take care when crossing roads, although marshalling assistance may be given
Whilst every reasonable care is taken, entrants cannot hold the or-ganisers or landowners responsible for their safety or the safety of their belongings. Competitors are advised to leave any personal pos-sessions in their car but there will be bag drop (limited to one bag per person) on the field. The organizers will try to secure the bag drop but will accept no responsibility for any bag or its contents left at the bag drop.
All entrants must show consideration for other users of public foot-paths and rights of way
The minimum age for Marathon and Half Marathon entrants is 18 years on the day of the race.
Entry fees are non-refundable
The organisers reserve the right to withdraw entrants from an event and anyone that opts to continue does so entirely at their own risk
